I started as a field guide at Open Sky six years ago and part of what kept me here is the continued opportunity to grow, invitations every day to challenge myself and grow into a new version of myself. I think that if I had run out of ways to grow at Open Sky, I would have moved on long ago, and I don’t that’s ever going to happen.
